If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our Bottoms, Jackets & Vests, Shorts, Soccer apparel, Socks, or Tops, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks and any items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and whether you’re requesting a return or exchange
  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package your items securely and ship to our return address
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement:

  • Visa/MasterCard: 3-5 business days
  • JCB: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 24-48 hours

Damaged or Defective Items
